Serious Traffic Violations Downgraded

Cliff Bidlingmaier was successful in having charges operating with a Suspended Registration in violation of N.J.S.A. 39:3–40, and for failure to have liability insurance violation of NJSA 39: 6B-2 downgraded to one charge of having an expired registration in violation of NJSA 39:3–4, which resulted in the imposition of a minimal fine and no license suspension. His client was facing significant license suspension and fines, and penalties prior to having the case negotiated to a expired registration.
