Cliff Bidlingmaier Successfully Settles Multi-Plaintiff Case.

Cliff Bidlingmaier represented several plaintiffs in a civil suit that resulted in a significant 6 figure settlement.  After several years of litigation then defendants tendered their insurance policies to the plaintiffs’.  The case involved the filing of many motions including a motion for spoilation inference due to discarded evidence on behalf of one of the defendants.  Ultimately, the case was mediated which resulted in a global resolution for his clients.
