Mr. Ahr had only one functioning lung when he was pepper sprayed during an encounter with Trenton police. He was hospitalized and tragically died 18 days later.
After years of litigation and fighting for accountability on behalf of the Ahr family, the matter has now been resolved for $2,050,000.
Cliff Bidlingmaier, Esquire, represented the Ahr family and worked to secure this resolution.
