Pennsylvania Increases Penalties for Repeat DUI Offenders
Effective November 8, 2022, Pennsylvania is increasing penalties against repeat DUI offenders. For third-time offenders, you can now be charged with a Second-Degree Felony. For fourth-time offenders, you can now be charged with a Third-Degree Felony. Each of these degrees carry fines, possible prison time, and 18-month license suspensions.
