Keith J. Bidlingmaier
 

As a partner at Bidlingmaier & Bidlingmaier, Keith Bidlingmaier has provided criminal defense services, personal injury representation and help with family law issues such as divorce and child support. A leading and respected attorney, Keith Bidlingmaier was recently named “Best of Bucks-Attorney” for 2014.  This award is given to one attorney throughout all of Bucks County.   In addition, he was named one of the “Top 40 under 40” Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers.

 

Mr.  Bidlingmaier is a member of the Criminal Law section of the Bucks County Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  He attends numerous seminars and updates throughout the year on trial strategy, evidence and recent changes in the law.  He has been nominated for Star of the Year award through the Bucks County Bar Association, Criminal Law Section.  This award recognizes outstanding efforts in providing dedicated legal representation to indigent clients with commitment and zeal.

 

An experienced attorney serving clients in Bucks County, PA, and Trenton, NJ, he primarily works out of their Newtown, PA office.  He practices in all courts and serves those arrested in Bensalem, Falls, Middletown, Bristol, Newtown, Doylestown, Warrington, Lower Makefield, Warminster, Upper-Lower Southampton, Morrisville and Buckingham among others.  Keith is always available for consultations, and even offers home and hospital visits for clients unable to visit either office location.

 

Clifford D. Bidlingmaier
 

As partner at Bidlingmaier & Bidlingmaier, Clifford D. Bidlingmaier has handled a multitude of personal injury matters including wrongful death claims, medical malpractice cases, civil rights claims and other complex matters involving civil litigation.

Over the last several years, he has obtained significant recoveries on behalf of his clients through settlement, judgment or verdict. As a result of his success and his clients’ satisfaction, Mr. Bidlingmaier earned recognition in both 2011 and 2012 as a Pennsylvania Rising Star by Pennsylvania SuperLawyers, a distinction that is bestowed upon no more than 2.5 percent of the attorneys in Pennsylvania annually. He was named one of the top trial lawyers under the age of 40 by the National Trial Lawyers.

He has also been recognized for his criminal defense practice. In 2013, Mr. Bidlingmaier was selected by the American Society of Legal Advocates as a Top 100 Criminal Defense Lawyer in the State of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Bidlingmaier is a member of the Fairless Hills Fire Department. He has been an active member for the past 22 years, having served as the President of the Fire Company since 2003. In 2011, he was awarded the Fairless Hills Fire Department Lifetime Membership Award.
