Cliff Bidlingmaier Successful in Having a Temporary Restraining Order Dismissed

Cliff Bidlingmaier was successful in having a temporary restraining order pending against his client dismissed by the Superior Court, which had originally alleged acts of domestic violence. The consequences of a Restraining Order can permanently impact the life of the accused, and include but are not limited to no contact with family members, temporary payment of financial obligations, confiscation of firearms and other prohibitions.
