Second Degree Criminal Charges Ultimately Dismissed.

Cliff Bidlingmaier was successful in having second degree criminal charges pending against his client dismissed. The original charges carry with it a presumption of incarceration for a period of 5-10 years.   The charges were remanded to municipal court for handling after a review by the appropriate authority.  Cliff was able to have the municipal court ultimately dismiss the charges and and immediate expungement granted.
