INDICTMENT DISMISSED IN ITS ENTIRETY!

Cliff Bidlingmaier was recently successful in having the entire indictment pending against his client dismissed.  His client was charged with: first-degree possession of a controlled danger substance with the intent of distribute, which carries with a potential sentence from 10-20 years imprisonment;  second-degree possession of a controlled danger substance with the intent to distribute, which carries with it a potential sentence of 5-10 years incarceration;  third-degree possession of a controlled substance, which carries with it a potential sentence of 3-5 years incarceration; and a fourth-degree possession of controlled substance, which carries with it a potential sentence of eighteen months incarceration.

His client was facing  in excess of 30 years in jail, and ultimately retained Cliff for representation.  After several years of litigation Cliff was successful in having the charges dismissed!
