Federal Lawsuit Dismissed!

Cliff Bidlingmaier, represented several defendants in a federal lawsuit that had been filed against them. He was ultimately successful in having the lawsuit dismissed.  After suit was filled Cliff filed a Federal Rule 12(b)6 Motion, which was ultimately granted by the Federal District Judge. Cliff was able to show that there was no subject matter jurisdiction that allowed the lawsuit to be filed in federal court ultimately resulting in the dismissal of the action.
