Criminal Charges Dismissed and Expungement Granted

Cliff Bidlingmaier was successful in having simple assault charges pending against his client dismissed. His client was charged with simple assault arising out of an incident in the State of New Jersey. Not only was he successful in having the charges dismissed he was also successful in having the court order an expedited expungement from the bench so his clients arrest record would be expunged.
