Criminal Charges Dismissed.

Cliff Bidlingmaier successfully had criminal charges pending against his client dismissed.  The case was originally charged as an indictable offense.  Upon remand Cliff successfully defended his client and proved his client did not commit the charged crimes. He was able to have the criminal charges dismissed and had the Court award an automatic expungement of his client’s arrest and charges.
