Cliff Bidlingmaier Successfully Resolves Another Car Accident Case.

Cliff Bidlingmaier successfully settled a personal injury case for his client that was injured in an automobile accident. His client was injured when he was rear ended as he was stopped at a red light. The defendant in the case that caused the accident tendered their policy early in the litigation. Cliff then proceeded against his clients Underinsured Motorist Carrier. 

The parties agreed to have the matter mediated with a retired judge, and after a full day of mediation the matter successfully resulted in a significant six figure resolution.
