Cliff Bidlingmaier Settles Civil Lawsuit

Cliff Bidlingmaier successfully settled a multi-plaintiff lawsuit for policy limits.  Cliff represented the plaintiffs who were injured in an auto accident when a car made an illegal left hand turn in front if their vehicle.  The plaintiffs suffered varying degrees of injuries as a result of the accident.  After filing a lawsuit he was successful in having the defendant’s insurance carrier tender their policy of insurance in full.
