Cliff Bidlingmaier Advances Wrongful Death Lawsuit for Man Assaulted by Trenton Police
Cliff Bidlingmaier and co-counsel Robin Lord have filed a lawsuit on behalf of the family whose elderly father was assaulted and pepper sprayed by Trenton Police ultimately attributing to his death. Mr. Arh pleaded with officers that he couldn't breath and that he had lung problems as he sat handcuffed and without receiving medical attention for an extended period of time.
