Cliff Bidlingmaier Representing Man Injured By Hamilton Police Officers in a Civil Rights Lawsuit Fi

Theodore Sakoutis, filed a lawsuit against two Hamilton Police officers for excessive force and false imprisonment. In January of 2014, Sakoutis was stopped by Hamilton Police officers Brian Davis and Matt Mayhew. The incident escalated and Sakoutis suffered “five broken ribs, two punctures to the lung and injuries to the head, face and body.”
