Motion for Post Conviction Relief Successfully Granted!

Cliff Bidlingmaier recently filed a motion for post conviction relief on behalf of a client. His client alleged that he previously received ineffective assistance of counsel causing his client to enter into a plea agreement that was not favorable. Cliff was able to demonstrate to the court that the client was not properly advised of the ramifications associated with the plea agreement, and therefore, the prior plea needed to be revoked.

Cliff was successful in having the court grant his motion having the previous plea agreement rescinded.
