Expungement granted!

Cliff Bidlingmaier successfully has Expungement of charges granted by a Superior Court Judge.  Cliff filed an Expungement Petition on behalf of a client after he had criminal charges that were pending against him dismissed.  

Cliff Bidlingmaier was successful in having his client's arrest record expunged after he had the underlying criminal charges dismissed. Cliff was originally successful in having criminal charges pending against his client dismissed as he established there was insufficient evidence.  Thereafter on behalf of his client, Cliff requested the expungement of the original arrest record, which was ultimately granted by the court.
