Cliff Bidlingmaier Successfully Resolves Criminal Matter

Cliff Bidlingmaier recently resolved a criminal case pending in the State of New Jersey.  His client was originally charged with second-degree crimes. In New Jersey, a second-degree crime carries with it a presumption of imprisonment for a term of 5 to 10 years. Through his zealous advocacy Cliff Bidlingmaier was successful in having his client plead guilty to two petty disorderly person's offenses and all remaining charges dismissed. His client was sentenced to one year probation.
